CE Group is seeking a Junior Accounts Payable professional in the Philippines to support invoice entry, PO matching, and supplier communications under guidance from the Senior AP.

This is a 100% remote role with a standard 8 AM-5 PM schedule. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business and 1–2 years of AP or bookkeeping experience are preferred.

Experience with Australian GST and multinational business is desirable but not essential; proficiency in Excel and Microsoft 365 is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business required.
• 1–2 years of accounts payable or related experience preferred.
• Experience with supplier invoices, PO matching, and reconciliations advantageous.
