Job summary

Eightx is seeking a Junior Accountant to support bookkeeping for eCommerce clients, including Amazon and Shopify. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely reconciliations, and payroll support, with flexible, remote work and opportunities to grow in a fast-paced finance environment.

Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years in accounting is a plus, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are valued above all. Remote-friendly, with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
1–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred but not mandatory.
Experience supporting eCommerce businesses, especially Amazon, is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and/or Xero is preferred.

Responsibilities

Organize financial transactions for accurate records.
Perform bank and card reconciliations monthly.
Data entry to support financial information flow.
Monitor and respond to emails; direct inquiries as needed.
Record and track invoices and bills; follow up on overdue items.
Run payroll and ensure accuracy and compliance.
Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping for eCommerce clients (Amazon/Shopify).
