Job summary

Australian Pathways is seeking a full-time Tender Coordinator / Joinery Estimator to support an Australian joinery business delivering mid-to-large commercial projects across Melbourne, Sydney and Queensland. The role is a work-from-home setup in the Philippines, reporting to the Australian client’s commercial team.

This commercial estimating role reviews project docs, prices supplier quotes, identifies gaps, and helps develop accurate tender submissions. Salary 40k–60k PHP/month.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years estimating experience in joinery, cabinetry, fit-out or commercial construction.
• Experience with joinery, cabinetry, interior fit-out or commercial interiors.
• Strong Excel skills and cost comparison experience.
• Experience using Bluebeam or similar take-off software.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/joinery drawings.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Review architectural, interior design and joinery documentation.
• Prepare detailed tender comparison and analysis sheets.
• Review supplier quotations and ensure apples-for-apples comparisons.
• Identify omissions, scope gaps and pricing discrepancies.
• Prepare tender scopes, inclusions and exclusions.
• Maintain tender registers and CRM information.
• Track outstanding quotations and follow up clarifications.
• Monitor tender due dates and ensure timely submissions.
• Provide a commercial summary for management prior to submissions.
• Support the Australian commercial team with tender clarifications.
