ULTIM8 OUTSOURCE SOLUTIONS CORPORATION is seeking an experienced Joinery Estimator for a part-time remote role to support an Australian client. You will provide accurate estimates, material take-offs, and pricing for custom joinery and cabinetry projects using Cabinet Vision.

Requirements include 2+ years in joinery/cabinetry estimating, strong Cabinet Vision experience, and the ability to read architectural drawings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of joinery/cabinetry estimating experience.
• Strong Cabinet Vision experience.
• Experience estimating custom kitchens, wardrobes, or commercial joinery.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and joinery plans.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate estimates and quotations for joinery and cabinetry projects
• Use Cabinet Vision to review designs, generate material requirements, and assist with costing
• Interpret architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and joinery details
• Prepare detailed material and hardware take-offs
• Calculate quantities, labour, materials, hardware, and other project costs
• Review drawings and specifications to identify potential issues or discrepancies
• Coordinate with the Australian client regarding project requirements and pricing
• Ensure estimates are accurate and completed within required deadlines
• Maintain organised records of estimates, revisions, and project information

About the role

An experienced Joinery Estimator role supporting an Australian client on a part-time remote basis. The successful candidate will have strong experience in Cabinet Vision and be responsible for preparing accurate estimates, material take-offs, and pricing for custom joinery and cabinetry projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate estimates and quotations for joinery and cabinetry projects
• Use Cabinet Vision to review designs, generate material requirements, and assist with costing
• Interpret architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and joinery details
• Prepare detailed material and hardware take-offs
• Calculate quantities, labour, materials, hardware, and other project costs
• Review drawings and specifications to identify potential issues or discrepancies

About you

• 2+ years of experience in joinery/cabinetry estimating
• Strong Cabinet Vision experience is required
• Experience estimating custom kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, cabinetry, or commercial joinery
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and joinery drawings
• Good understanding of joinery materials, hardware, fittings, and manufacturing processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good written and spoken English
• Experience working with Australian joinery standards, suppliers, or projects is highly preferred
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with an Australian client
• Stable internet connection and suitable work-from-home setup required
