Job summary

Emapta Philippines is seeking a Senior Joinery Estimator to influence project viability through strategic tendering, accurate costing, supplier negotiations, BOMs, variations, and client relations across Australian commercial projects.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in joinery estimating or a comparable role.
• Growth mindset and commitment to team success

Responsibilities

• Develop strong working relationships with prospective clients.
• Coordinate with the General Manager and Joinery Manager on new and existing projects.
• Source new work and prepare tenders and submissions professionally and ethically.
• Achieve budgeted sales revenue and meet monthly quotation value targets.
• Calculate and submit variations to clients.
• Interpret building plans and specifications, and prepare bills of materials (BOMs) and scopes of work.
• Represent the company at project site meetings.
• Obtain quotations from preferred subcontractors and suppliers, and negotiate competitive packages.
• Monitor project targets, budgeted profitability, and deadlines.
• Coordinate with the administration team on progress claims and variations.
• Document variations, delays, and discrepancies accurately.
