Job summary

D2B in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Estimator – Joinery to own the full commercial tender cycle for multi-trade joinery projects up to $1M+. You will perform take-offs, price accurately, and drive deals with tier-1 and tier-2 builders, ensuring margins are defended and quotes are delivered on time.

The role requires advanced Bluebeam skills, ERP experience, and a sharp commercial mindset to hit the ground running from day one. This is a remote role aligned to AU working hours.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing complex commercial joinery quotes around $1M+.
• Deep knowledge of joinery, cabinetry, metalwork, stone and upholstery.
• Expert take-off skills and ERP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Ownership & Tender Management: drive full cycle, identify opportunities, take-offs, negotiate terms, secure contracts.
• Estimating & Multi-Trade Scoping: produce accurate pricing, manage supplier pricing, ensure margins across multi-trade scopes.
• Continuous Improvement & Systems Leadership: refine estimating processes and bidding strategies for better outcomes.
