Qualifications

• Experience with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting.
• Minimum two years in Helpdesk support or a similar role.
• Skilled in application troubleshooting, PC deployments/imaging, and user profile management.

Responsibilities

• Resolve workstation OS and printer issues.
• Provide support for SAGE ERP, QuickBooks, and other business apps with vendor assistance.
• Handle basic M365 administration, AD, backup software, and cybersecurity topics.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support.
