Application House Limited is seeking a strategic Recruitment Lead to guide our hiring function across IT and software roles. You will shape the recruiting strategy, mentor a growing team, and align talent acquisition with business goals.

You will manage KPIs, optimize sourcing channels, and drive workforce planning while communicating with stakeholders to meet targets in a dynamic, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in recruitment strategies, talent acquisition, and full-cycle recruiting.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with diverse teams.
• Prior IT or software recruitment experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
