Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT support or service desk experience.
• Experience handling inbound requests in MSP or customer-facing IT environment.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+, Microsoft certs, or ITIL 4 are a plus.
• Solid knowledge of Windows/macOS, networking, and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound IT support requests via calls, tickets, and email.
• Diagnose and resolve Windows/macOS issues and software problems.
• Troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs and firewall rules.
• Assist with Active Directory, Group Policy, and file/print servers.
• Support Microsoft 365 services and mailbox access.
• Coordinate with Tier 2/3 teams when escalation is needed.
• Document steps and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Meet SLAs for response times and resolutions.
