Job summary

Accent Micro Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide L1–L2 IT support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, monitor applications, and assist users with day-to-day IT concerns.

The role is based in Quezon City and will require onsite work or shifting schedules. Responsibilities include incident logging via ITSM, provisioning and resets, and supporting Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, Active Directory, and endpoint tools.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in IT Deskside Support, Service Desk, or Technical Support
• Strong logic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in application monitoring and support, preferably for mid-range business applications
• Knowledge of basic hardware, software, network, and Windows troubleshooting
• Familiarity with ITSM tools, Active Directory, Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, and endpoint management platforms
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willing to work onsite and/or on shifting schedules

Responsibilities

• Receive, log, categorize, and resolve IT incidents and service requests through the ITSM system
• Perform L1–L2 troubleshooting for hardware, software, operating systems, network connectivity, and business applications
• Monitor and provide support for mid-range applications and elevate issues when necessary
• Perform account provisioning, password resets, software installation, access requests, and peripheral setup
• Provide routine administration support for Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, Active Directory, and endpoint management tools
• Troubleshoot and support laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT peripherals
• Maintain and update knowledge base articles and technical documentation
• Assist with patching, malware remediation, security compliance, and employee offboarding activities
