Job summary

Eastvantage Business Solutions Inc. is seeking a skilled M365 Support Specialist to provide end-user support, troubleshoot Microsoft 365 issues, and assist with system administration. The role involves collaborating with IT teams and stakeholders to improve services and processes.

Location: Taguig, Philippines. Work Mode: Flexible Office & Remote. You will handle incidents, administer users and security permissions, and contribute to knowledge base improvements while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Strong experience troubleshooting Microsoft 365 services and applications.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Windows 10 desktop support experience is desirable.
• Good understanding of the ITIL framework and IT service management practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other M365 services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents, service requests, and escalated customer issues.
• Perform user and group administration, security permissions, system configurations, and related administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, IT teams, vendors, and other support groups to identify root causes and resolve complex issues.
• Support Major Incident, Problem, and Change Management activities when required.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and support procedures.
• Contribute to service improvements, process enhancements, customer engagement, onboarding, and reporting.
• Maintain accurate ticket records, timesheets, and personal KPI performance.
