Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a skilled IT professional to provide Level 2 IT support across end-user devices, servers, cloud platforms and networks, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

The role offers Work From Home benefits, a 5-day work week, AWS 13th-month bonus and medical benefits, with a focus on ITSM (ITIL), scripting (PowerShell/Python/Bash) and cloud services to drive incident resolution and service quality.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent with at least 5 years IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud, Windows Server, Windows 10, and MS SQL Server.
• Experience with ITSM/ITIL processes and tools such as ServiceNow or ServiceDesk; ITIL certification is an advantage.
• Experience with PowerShell, Python or Bash scripting; (.NET/IIS) experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) with AirWatch/Intune and Apple devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 IT support across end-user devices, servers, cloud platforms, applications and networks, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Monitor IT systems and services, enhance alerts and implement automation/scripting to improve incident response, efficiency and service levels.
• Manage ITSM processes, including incident tracking, escalation, documentation, workflow improvements and adherence to ITIL practices.
• Maintain IT infrastructure and services through preventive maintenance, performance monitoring, configuration, testing and post-incident reviews.
• Lead knowledge management by creating and updating KB articles, supporting users, coaching Level 1 teams and identifying recurring issues for continuous improvement.
