Job summary

MAG-IT Solutions Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based IT solutions provider, is expanding its sales team and seeking an energetic Business Development Executive / Appointment Setter to generate leads, conduct outbound calls, and arrange meetings with potential customers.

This fully remote role supports our sales efforts from the Philippines, offering exposure to Singapore-based clients, a competitive base salary, commissions, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, or Business Development.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with decision-makers.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable work-from-home setup.
• Experience selling IT products or services is an advantage but not required.
• Applicants based in the Philippines are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to businesses in Singapore.
• Introduce MAG-IT Solutions' products and services.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and customer requirements.
• Generate qualified leads and set appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up on prospects via phone and email.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call outcomes.
• Meet assigned KPI targets for calls, leads, and appointments.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support business growth.
