Penbrothers International in Makati seeks an IT Operations professional to serve as the IT first responder for employees, manage hardware deployment, and safeguard IT assets. You will collaborate with HR and internal teams to streamline onboarding and ensure smooth equipment setup.

Responsibilities include delivering proactive technical support, maintaining accurate asset inventories, and driving process improvements to enhance staff experience and efficiency across the organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in IT operations with a focus on customer satisfaction and hardware deployment.

What You’ll Do

Customer Satisfaction

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
• Continuously monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance overall satisfaction levels.

Hardware Deployment

• Facilitate the setup and deployment of hardware (e.g., computers, peripherals) for new employees, ensuring all necessary software and configurations are in place.
• Coordinate with HR and other relevant departments to streamline the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

IT Asset Inventory

• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and peripherals.
• Conduct regular audits to track asset utilization, identify discrepancies, and recommend optimization strategies.

Technical Support

• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams for resolution.
• Collaborate with IT colleagues to implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements as needed.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

At least 3 years of proven experience in IT operations, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and hardware deployment.

Technical & Organizational Skills:

• Proficiency in IT asset management tools and techniques.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multipletasks simultaneously.

Communication & Mindset:

• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts tonon-technical audiences.
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to take initiative and driveprojects to completion.
