Job summary

Intelligent Technical Solutions is seeking a Network Administrator to provide remote IT support, resolving OS, printer, and application issues while maintaining high IT service standards. You will handle servers, networking, and MSP-related tasks and participate in after-hours/on-call support for both onsite and remote operations.

The role requires 5+ years in IT support, strong English communication, and certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Five+ years experience in IT Support or similar role.
• Experience with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting.
• Experience with Server 2016 through 2025.
• Experience with VMWare and Hyper-V virtualization.
• Experience supporting M365 and Azure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Entra Admin Center.
• Proficient in Firewall rules, VLAN configuration, access point support and administration, and VPN tunnels.
• MSP experience is highly desirable.
• Active Network Certifications are preferred.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Resolve workstation OS issues of any kind.
• Resolve printer issues of any kind.
• Resolve standard business applications issues (Office, etc.).
• Resolve line-of-business apps such as SAGE ERP and QuickBooks, with vendor assistance as needed.
• Resolve M365 administration issues.
• Resolve server issues of any kind.
• Resolve networking issues of any kind.
• Act as escalation point for technicians.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support for onsite and remote operations.
