Job summary

D2b is seeking an IT Manager to lead internal IT and support client MSP services in a remote capacity. You will guide cybersecurity practices aligned with ISO 27001, administer Microsoft Purview, Defender, Sentinel, Entra ID, and Intune, and oversee 365 environment security and endpoint management.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4+ years in senior IT roles such as IT Manager, Systems Engineer, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001 governance, risk management and compliance.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Purview, Defender, Sentinel, Entra ID and Intune.
• Experience in MSP environments or leading help desk/service desk is highly preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee internal IT infrastructure and day-to-day operations.
• Implement and improve cybersecurity policies per ISO 27001.
• Manage Microsoft security stack and Azure AD/Intune configurations.
• Monitor security, performance and compliance; mitigate risks.
• Lead MSP/help desk escalations and technical guidance for clients.
