Job summary

KMC Solutions is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our remote MSP team. You’ll design, configure, and support enterprise-scale network and server infrastructure, acting as the senior escalation point for client onboardings and migrations.

The role emphasizes Fortinet/Meraki/SonicWall firewalls, enterprise Wi‑Fi, Windows Server administration, and cloud identity management (Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, Intune) in multi-tenant environments, with strong collaboration with field

Qualifications

Hands-on experience configuring, deploying, and supporting Fortinet (FortiGate), Meraki, and/or SonicWall firewalls in a live production environment.
Proven experience deploying and managing Ruckus, Meraki, or comparable enterprise-grade switches and wireless networks.
Strong working knowledge of Windows Server administration.
Deep experience administering Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, and Intune in a multi-tenant or client-facing setting.

Responsibilities

Remotely troubleshoot, configure, and deploy network infrastructure for new and existing clients.
Lead the technical execution for client onboardings, infrastructure migrations, and system upgrades.
Partner with on-site support technicians and field engineers, providing remote guidance and quality control.
Serve as a high-level escalation resource for complex infrastructure issues.
