Job summary

Visa Hunt is hiring IT Helpdesk Specialists to support customers globally from a remote base in the Philippines. You’ll respond to inquiries via Intercom and email, troubleshoot Tier 1 hardware issues, and escalate complex problems to engineering. The role requires strong English, hardware installation experience, and a proactive, customer-first mindset.

The position offers full-time hours, USD pay, and a company laptop. You will work roughly aligned to U.S.

Qualifications

3+ years in a customer-facing support role, ideally IT helpdesk or hardware support.
1 year or more in a technology startup environment is preferred.
Experience with Windows OS, remote desktop tools and Intercom is desirable.

Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries via Intercom, Pylon and email with empathy and policy alignment.
Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance customer experience and upsell where appropriate.
Become expert in company software and hardware integrations for customers.
Configure and install hardware components such as cameras and printers.
Coordinate with engineering to resolve issues quickly and minimize downtime.
Identify recurring issues and help implement process improvements.
Adapt to changing processes and deliver consistent results in a fast-paced setup.
