Job summary

My Amazon Guy is seeking a detail‑oriented IT Documentation Specialist to create, update, and maintain documentation for IT systems and processes. This remote role involves writing SOPs, designing flowcharts, and ensuring accuracy and compliance, serving as the primary technical resource for documentation updates.

You will document IT processes, review changes, and liaise with end users and IT to share knowledge.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or other relevant fields.
• Exceptional communication capabilities, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Proven ability to understand and write technical documents.
• In-depth knowledge of IT systems and processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, G Suite applications, and computer security systems.
• Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry.
• Expert in problem‑solving, critical thinking, and an understanding of complex system dependencies.
• A dual‑monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM).
• Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed.
