Job summary

Electronic Commerce Payments (EC PAY) Inc. is seeking a Technical Writer to create, update, and maintain documentation for IT systems, applications, infrastructure, and processes.

You will translate complex technical designs and integrations into clear, user-friendly guides. You will collaborate with business and technical teams, establish documentation standards, manage a centralized repository, and contribute to release notes and handovers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven IT documentation experience; FinTech background is a plus.
• ISO documentation practices knowledge is a plus.
• 3+ years in technical writing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain technical documentation for systems, applications, infrastructure, and IT processes.
• Research, analyze, and document technical designs, system workflows, solution specifications, and integration details.
• Develop user guides, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles for internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain documentation standards, templates, style guides, and version control practices.
• Manage and organize a centralized repository of IT documentation and related artifacts.
• Review and update policies, procedures, manuals, and technical documents to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Identify documentation gaps and recommend improvements to documentation and knowledge management practices.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation.
• Support project delivery by documenting solution designs, process flows, operational handovers, release notes, and other project-related documentation.
