Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a global IT dispatch and customer-facing/customer service role within a global IT environment.
• Experience in IT procurement is a strong advantage, particularly purchasing or coordinating IT-related products and requirements.
• Strong and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
• Strong time management skills and ability to track numerous tasks and deadlines.
• Comfortable with technology and learning new software.
• Experience with MSP tools such as ConnectWise is a plus.
• Experience working within a structured IT system is required.

Responsibilities

• IT Dispatch & Ticket Management: Answer client calls, monitor incoming emails, create support tickets, and dispatch requests to technicians; Prioritize tickets by urgency, technician availability, expertise, and workload; Monitor ticket queues, follow up on outstanding requests, and ensure timely ticket assignment; Coordinate technician schedules, onsite visits, and availability; Perform basic IT administrative tasks (password resets, account unlocks); Assist with ticket escalations, outage coordination, and client communications.
