Job summary

ScalableOS in the Philippines is seeking an IT Dispatch & Procurement Coordinator to support daily IT operations and procurement activities in a remote capacity. The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle dispatch of IT requests, coordinate with technicians, manage procurement and inventory, and maintain documentation in ConnectWise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in global IT dispatch / customer-facing role within a global IT environment.
• Experience in IT procurement is a strong advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with MSP tools such as ConnectWise is a plus.
• Experience working within a structured IT system is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle client calls, monitor emails, create support tickets, and dispatch to technicians.
• Prioritize tickets based on urgency and workload.
• Coordinate technician schedules, onsite visits, and availability.
• Maintain ConnectWise records and procurement inventories.
• Manage recurring daily, weekly, and monthly operational tasks.
