Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking an experienced IT support specialist to join our remote team in the Philippines. You will provide first‑level hardware, software, and network support during a night shift (9 pm–6 am PH time) and help keep client systems secure and up to date.

You will use ConnectWise PSA and RMM, assist with onboarding, tickets, patching, SentinelOne, and collaborate with a remote team to grow skills and deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on US IT support experience.
• Proficiency with Windows and macOS and common business apps.
• Familiarity with ConnectWise PSA and RMM platforms.
• Basic networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs.
• Experience with SentinelOne antivirus solutions.
• Strong communication and customer service in a remote setting.
• Ability to work independently and with a remote team.
• Certs like CompTIA A+/Network+ preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via remote tools.
• Respond to and troubleshoot tickets via phone, email, and remote desktop support.
• Assist in setup, installation, and maintenance of remote computer systems and peripherals.
• Utilize ConnectWise PSA and RMM tools to manage, track, and resolve requests.
• Perform regular OS patching and updates to ensure security and performance.
• Assist in user onboarding and IT training via virtual sessions.
• Support and monitor SentinelOne antivirus deployment and management.
• Document and escalate issues to senior IT staff as required.
• Maintain accurate records of IT issues and resolutions.
