Qualifications

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (users, groups, licenses, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Familiarity with Power Automate Cloud Flows or Power Automate Desktop.
• Good understanding of IT security basics: MFA, password hygiene, phishing awareness, antivirus.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote IT support across departments and time zones for two businesses.
• Maintain SOPs, user guides, onboarding/offboarding checklists, and knowledge base articles.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 administration tasks and SaaS platform management.
• Document flow logic and help automate manual processes with Power Automate.
