Job summary

VargasAndrews LLC is seeking aJunior IT Administrator to support IT operations across Australia and the US in a fully remote capacity. You will manage Microsoft 365, SaaS platforms, Power Automate, and IT security while handling onboarding/offboarding and documentation for two growing businesses.

The role requires self-direction, detail orientation, and the ability to work across time zones. Training will be provided, with room to grow as your skills develop.

Qualifications

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (users, groups, licenses, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Familiarity with Power Automate Cloud Flows or Power Automate Desktop.
• Solid understanding of IT security basics: MFA, password hygiene, phishing awareness, antivirus.
• Strong documentation and detail orientation.
• Clear written communication for non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and know when to elevate.
• Comfort reporting to management and using time-tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Support Microsoft 365 administration tasks across two growing businesses.
• Administer SaaS platforms and telephony configurations; monitor backups.
• Develop and troubleshoot Power Automate flows and automations.
• Perform basic IT security checks for remote team members and document processes.
• Maintain SOPs, user guides, onboarding/offboarding checklists, and knowledge base articles.
• Provide remote IT support across departments and coordinate with external vendors when needed.
