Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced investor relations managers to help train an AI language model on professional documents and investor materials. Candidates should have 5+ years in startup fundraising, venture capital, or LP-facing IR roles.

The role is fully remote, flexible 5–20 hours per week (more if desired), with compensation at $100 per hour and ASAP start. Ideal for writers skilled at pitch decks, data rooms, memos, cap tables, term sheets, and LP reports.

Qualifications

• Direct experience building pitch decks, data room indexes, or investor update memos for a startup fundraise, venture fund, or LP-facing platform.
• Fluency in cap table mechanics, term sheet structuring, and the reporting standards LPs and institutional investors expect.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated investor documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Support fundraising processes by producing and updating pitch decks, data room indexes, and investor memos.
• Ensure high-quality, compliant reporting materials for LPs and institutional investors.
