Job summary

Ethos is seeking FP&A and corporate finance professionals with 5+ years to train AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slides across rolling forecasts and board-ready decks. This fully remote role offers flexible 5-20 hours per week at $100/hour and ASAP start.

You'll deliver forecast models, variance bridges, and driver-based operating models, producing high-quality financial outputs and concise memos for finance leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance building rolling forecasts, variance bridges, and driver-based operating models.
• Track record of producing board-ready P&L decks and monthly flux commentary memos.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
