• Direct experience building pitch decks, data room indexes, or investor update memos for a startup fundraise, venture fund, or LP-facing platform
• Fluency in cap table mechanics, term sheet structuring, and the reporting standards LPs and institutional investors expect
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: pitch decks, data room indexes, investor update memos, cap table summaries, term sheet summaries, and LP reports
