Ethos is seeking seasoned public relations managers to assist in training an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated press releases, executive memos, and briefing materials under deadline pressure.

This fully remote role offers 5–20 hours per week with a flexible commitment and immediate start. Strong English writing, meticulous attention to detail, and mastery of editorial standards are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in journalism, corporate communications, or public relations producing press releases, briefing memos, or editorial content under deadline pressure
• Track record of shaping messaging for executives or media outlets, with sharp news judgment and command of AP style or equivalent editorial standards
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
