Job summary

Ethos is seeking charity programme managers with 4+ years in nonprofit program management to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated grant proposals, donor reports, and program logic materials across core workflows. This is a fully remote role with flexible hours (5–20 per week) and starts ASAP, compensation $70/hour.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in nonprofit program management, philanthropy, or community-based organizational work
• Direct experience authoring grant proposal narratives, donor impact reports, or program logic models for funders and boards
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: grant proposals, donor reports, program logic models, board briefing decks, community needs assessments, and donor stewardship plans
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with funder expectations
• Maintain high standards of written communication and attention to detail in all outputs
