Responsabilidades

• Manage the Invoice Queue: review and process incoming invoices daily, prioritizing overdue items and time-sensitive requests.
• Match and Verify Invoices: confirm patient, provider, record type, invoice details, and payment amounts before processing.
• Identify Duplicates: review potential duplicate invoices and verify legitimacy before payment.
• Apply Payment Limits: process payments within approved limits and route high-amount items for approval.
• Review Fees: identify potentially incorrect or disallowed fees and escalate as needed.
• Process Payments: use credit card, online portals, checks, or other approved methods.
• Resolve Payment Disputes: follow up on duplicates or incorrect payments and document resolutions.
• Maintain Payment Records: keep accurate records of invoices, payments, disputes, and communications.
• Verify Payment Information: follow procedures to verify changes to vendor payment details before processing.
• Follow Internal Procedures: ensure payments follow approval, documentation, and security procedures.
