Job summary

OutsourcedIn is seeking an Investment Associate to support origination, evaluation, execution and monitoring of investments across the Firm, its Funds, and SPVs. You will work closely with the CEO/COO and CFO, providing analytical and transactional support from initial screening to portfolio reporting.

The role offers exposure to investment management, deal execution, investor relations and operations, with a lean, remote team structure and travel to Abu Dhabi when required.

Qualifications

• CFA Level III candidate preferred
• Strong degree in finance, economics, accounting, business or related discipline
• CA, CPA or ACCA qualifications highly regarded and may be considered alongside CFA
• Approximately 2-5 years of experience in investment management, private markets, investment banking or corporate finance
• Familiarity with investment funds, SPVs and private-market structures advantageous
• Experience preparing investment memoranda, valuations, investor materials or Investment Committee papers

Responsibilities

• Manage live transactions from commencement through to completion under the COO's direction
• Coordinate transaction timetables, data rooms, counterparties and external advisers
• Support commercial, financial, legal and operational due diligence
• Monitor transaction requirements, outstanding actions and closing deliverables
• Prepare investment memoranda, Investment Committee papers and transaction summaries
• Maintain accurate and complete records throughout SPV lifecycle
• Gather and analyse underlying financial and operational data from portfolio companies
• Support fundraising activities and ongoing investor communications
• Establish and maintain transaction, investor and portfolio data rooms
• Contribute to the development of the Firm's operations manual and SOPs
