Job summary

HedgeServ Philippines Manila seeks an Investor Services Manager to lead the ongoing management of investor services across multiple client fund structures, under supervision of Directors.

You will oversee AML/KYC processes, review investor transactions, reconcile aged items, manage a team of up to 6, and maintain strong client relationships, while aligning with HedgeServ's service standards.

Qualifications

• Accounting/Finance/Legal/Business degree required or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in fund administration with at least 3 years at supervisor level.
• Strong AML/KYC knowledge and ability to resolve complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage investor services processes under supervision of Directors and MD.
• Resolve investor enquiries and aged TA items to ensure timely resolutions.
• Review investor transactions on HedgeInvestor and redemption schedules.
• Oversee investor reporting accuracy and timeliness in line with client expectations.
• Lead and develop a team of up to 6 staff across multiple clients.
