Job summary

HedgeServ in Manila is seeking an Investor Services Manager to lead a small team and oversee investor servicing across multiple clients. You will manage escalated enquiries, AML/KYC issues, and reporting, while coordinating with NAV, Compliance and Internal Audit.

US-hours compatibility is required. Applicants should have a degree in Accounting, Finance, Legal or Business and at least 5 years in fund administration, with 3 years as a supervisor.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fund administration with at least 3 at Supervisor level.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Legal, or Business.
• Strong AML/KYC knowledge and oversight.

Responsibilities

• Resolve investor enquiries escalated by supervisor or administrator.
• Ensure aged items on TA bank reconciliations are resolved timely.
• Review investor transactions on HedgeInvestor® system.
• Review redemption payment schedules and wire transfers.
• Ensure investor reporting is accurate and timely.
• Manage multiple client relationships and recruitment.
