Job summary

Multiply Mii in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented documents specialist to prepare and process loan paperwork for our secured capital program. This remote role offers structured training and occasional office time for onboarding, with emphasis on accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness.

You will manage mortgages, lien notes, and supporting documents, verify entries, and record filings on county systems, using Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with high standards for accuracy and thoroughness in document preparation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records in a cloud-based storage system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.
• Must have a device running Windows 11 Pro.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process loan documentation for our secured capital program, drafting mortgages, satisfactions, lien notes, and other paperwork.
• Double-check and verify documents, statements, and department spreadsheets with high accuracy.
• Record completed documentation accurately on county recording websites.
• File documents securely within the company’s investor servicing cloud-based system.
• Email copies of completed transaction paperwork to clients and brokers.
• Support the company’s core operations by facilitating processes that procure private loans for investors and collateralize those loans.
