Job summary

Multiplymii LLC is seeking a detail-oriented remote Loan Documentation Clerk in the Philippines. You will prepare and process loan paperwork for our secured capital program, ensuring accuracy while coordinating with clients and brokers.

The role allows remote work with structured initial in-person training as needed. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced financial environment, demonstrates strong time management, and has experience with document prep in a professional setting.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail with high standards for accuracy in document prep.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Adobe Pro DC for document handling.
Able to manage time, meet deadlines and work independently remotely.
Organized with capability to maintain accurate cloud-based records.
Must have a device running Windows 11 Pro.

Responsibilities

Prepare and process loan documentation for secured capital program.
Double-check documents, statements and dept spreadsheets for accuracy.
Record completed docs on county recording websites.
File documents securely in the investor servicing cloud system.
Email copies of completed paperwork to clients and brokers.
Support operations by facilitating private loan procurement and collateralization.
