Untapped is seeking a Recruitment Researcher & Resourcer (Investment Banking) to join as a right-hand to the founder. This permanent remote role focuses on sourcing, research, CRM setup, and automation for US-market recruitment from the Philippines.

You will work with investment banks and broker-dealers, with no client calls required initially. You will own sourcing, research, CRM, administration and automation to enable the founder to focus on client and candidate conversations.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in investment banking recruitment or broker-dealer hiring.
• Strong research and market-mapping skills.
• Experience implementing/researching recruitment automation and CRM workflows.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to work independently.

Aufgaben

• Source and shortlist candidates for investment banking roles using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Conduct candidate research and market mapping across US investment banks and broker-dealers.
• Track hiring activity and build targeted talent pools.
• Implement a new CRM from the ground up, including structure, workflows, fields, pipelines and automations.
• Keep candidate and client records accurate, clean and well organised.
• Build and manage LinkedIn outreach and automation sequences, and review campaign performance.
• Support candidate spec-outs and business development research.
• Manage recruitment administration and proactively remove bottlenecks.
