Qualifications

• 10+ years in admin and recruitment.
• Experience posting jobs on LinkedIn, Indeed and other sites.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and prioritization abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with all levels.
• Independent, trustworthy and capable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the recruiting team; provide performance feedback.
• Oversee daily recruiting activities and ensure timely fillings.
• Assist onboarding for consultants in the Philippines and monitor engagement.
