Job summary

DevRev is seeking a hands-on software professional to lead integration and AI-driven customer solutions. You will design, develop, and deploy AI agents and integrations that connect DevRev with customers' existing tech stacks and workflows.

This role is heavily technical (70–80%) with substantial customer-facing work (about 30%), requires strong API, data, and cloud skills, and involves frequent collaboration with engineering, product, and customer teams. Travel up to 30% for on-site engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in software development, systems integration, or platform engineering.
• Strong communication to articulate technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Applied AI knowledge: familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and frameworks like RAG.
• Deep experience with data synchronization, API integration patterns, and event-driven architectures.
• Cloud & deployment: hands-on with serverless/edge platforms and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Customer-facing work (approx. 30%) with direct engagement.
• Hands-on technical implementation (70–80%).
• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and integrations.
• Integrate systems via APIs, webhooks, and data flows.
• Optimize AI performance with prompt engineering and semantic search.
• Own data insights: write SQL and build dashboards.
• Prototype PoCs, run live demos, and iterate solutions.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with customers, engineering, product, and success teams.
• Guide customers through critical workflows and configurations.
• Travel up to 30% for on-site implementations and engagements.

Education

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
