Job summary

HGS Offshore Staffing Solutions seeks an experienced integrations specialist to design and manage data workflows across SaaS platforms. You will implement and maintain integration solutions, document technical specifications, and troubleshoot API/data-flow issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of hands-on SaaS integration experience, strong API knowledge, and excellent English communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience building and managing SaaS integrations.
• Strong understanding of REST and GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and OAuth 2.0 / API keys.
• Ability to design and document data workflows and integration logic using iPaaS tools (Albato, Zapier, Make, Workato).
• Familiarity with JSON, CSV and common data formats used in integrations.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for API and data flows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
