Job summary

Ivinex & RingCentral Contact Center — Automation, VOIP & CRM Integrations is seeking a Technical Onboarding Specialist with strong communication skills to configure call-routing, onboarding scripts, and intake workflows for Intake360 clients.

You will own the end-to-end onboarding for US-based law firms, work across RingCentral RingCX, Salesforce, PandaDoc, and related tools, and guide non-technical users through the setup while coordinating with Success Managers.

Qualifications

Administrator-level VOIP / contact-center experience with RingCentral (RingCX) or similar
HTML templates for intake scripts and views
Hands-on Salesforce experience with its objects
Exposure to AI voice agents and automated call handling
Experience setting up e-signature platforms (PandaDoc, DocuSign, etc.)
Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving
Quick learner in a thinly documented tech stack
Understanding of automation and conditional logic

Responsibilities

Lead technical onboarding from opportunity to go-live across multiple onboardings
Configure VOIP / contact-center systems at admin level (RingCX) and routing
Author and maintain intake scripts in HTML
Set up e-signature workflows and templates
Support Salesforce intake configuration and data mapping
Document requirements into tangible system configurations
Capture AI voice agent preferences and handoff rules
Create SOPs, runbooks, and go-live checklists
