Staffing For Doctors is seeking an Insurance Verification Specialist and Scheduling Support to manage patient access and revenue cycle operations in a remote role. You will verify patient benefits, analyze EOBs, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate appointment scheduling with a focus on U.S.

payors and HIPAA-compliant practices. The ideal candidate communicates with clear, accent-neutral English and brings experience in navigating U.S.

Qualifications

• Accent-neutral English fluency for clear communication with U.S. patients and payors.
• 2+ years of experience handling inbound/outbound calls in a U.S. medical office or virtual setting.
• Proven experience performing Verification of Benefits (VOB) and EOB analysis.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. insurance structures including in-network vs out-of-network, Medicare/Medicaid, copays, deductibles, and prior authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient benefits and active coverage in real time, entering data into the EMR.
• Review EOBs, identify claim issues, and follow up with payors to resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound appointment scheduling and update patient demographics in the EMR.
• Provide warm, empathetic phone support and triage patient inquiries.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant data security across systems.
