Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in call centre, customer service, or related role.
• Strong verbal and written English; Filipino is a plus.
• Good listening and problem-solving with a customer focus.
• Proficient with computer systems, CRM, and MS Office.
• Able to multitask and manage time in high-volume environment.
• Detail-oriented, patient, and punctual. Insurance/finance exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls for Pioneer Insurance account holders.
• Provide information on policies, coverage options, and claims procedures.
• Process inquiries and administrative requests accurately.
• Document interactions with detailed notes in the system.
• Escalate complex issues when needed and meet targets for quality and satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with policies and QA standards.
• Collaborate with teammates and participate in training to improve service.
