VALEROS VELASCO BUSINESS SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative specializing in Delivery & Insurance to join our team in a full-time capacity. Based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, the role offers up to 32,000 PHP monthly and a spectrum of remote work flexibility.

You will be the frontline representative, handling inquiries, processing transactions, and providing accurate information on delivery schedules and insurance policies while upholding high service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call centre or delivery/logistics.
• Strong verbal and written English communications skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems, CRM platforms and call centre software.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding delivery services and insurance products.
• Provide accurate information about delivery schedules, policy details and claims procedures.
• Process customer requests and transactions accurately in line with company policies.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Document all interactions in the company system with precision.
• Maintain knowledge of delivery and insurance products to guide customers.
• Meet or exceed performance targets for call handling times and satisfaction scores.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure quality service.
