Job summary

Accenture is hiring a Customer Service Representative - Insurance to review documents, verify agent and license information, and analyze data to determine appropriate handling. The role requires encoding and updating agent records, with the ability to handle correspondences and initiate transactions as needed.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in Insurance, Healthcare, Retirement Services, or Financial Accounts and is open to college graduates, associates, or undergraduates

Qualifications

• Open to college graduates, associate degree holders, and undergraduates who completed at least 2nd year.
• At least 1 year of experience in Insurance, Healthcare, Retirement Services, or Financial Accounts.
• Willing to work full-time onsite in Cubao, Quezon City.
• Flexible with shifting schedules and holiday work.

Responsibilities

• Review completeness and compliance of documents.
• Verify accuracy of agent and license information.
• Analyze data to determine appropriate handling.
• Encode agent, license, and commission details.
• Update agent records and create/post correspondences as needed.
• Identify next steps based on workflow and initiate transactions.
