• Knowledge of policy wordings and PDS documents.

Responsibilities

• Handle and support claims lodgement and management from notification to resolution.
• Coordinate with Account Brokers and insurers through the claims lifecycle.
• Prepare and review claims documentation and correspondence.
• Maintain accurate claims records in broking systems.
• Ensure timely progress and clear client/broker updates.
