• Strong organizational, administrative, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on open items.

Responsibilities

• Claims Handling: Assist with workers’ compensation claims management from intake through resolution.
• Client Engagement: Communicate updates, questions, guidance, and requirements with clients.
• Documentation & Tracking: Gather and maintain accurate claims documentation; track open items.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate communication between clients, carriers, TPAs, and internal teams.
• Issue Escalation: Monitor progress and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Operational Support: Support additional insurance operations as needed.
