Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Australian General Insurance experience.
• Experience with any General Insurance lines; Property and Facilities industry desirable.
• Must have experience in inbound calls.
• Excellent English verbal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to policyholders and insured clients.
• Monitor and drive quote activity to meet targets.
• Manage lifecycle of all active claims from start to closure.
• Forecast and meet revenue targets; drive budget-friendly file management.
