Job summary

Outsourcey is seeking an Insurance Admin Specialist to join our growing team in the Philippines. You will support claims, document management, and insurer communications, ensuring timely updates and audit-ready records.

The ideal candidate has at least 2.5 years in admin/insurance coordination or customer care, strong English, and solid CRM skills. You will work with internal teams to manage multiple client cases and ensure quality service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.5 years of experience in an administrative, insurance coordination, or customer care role involving claims support or document management.
• Strong English language skills, both written and verbal; capable of professional calls and follow-up emails.
• Ability to follow structured SOPs while working independently with accountability.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (Acculynx, Salesforce, or similar), Google Drive, Sheets, and digital file organization systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client cases while keeping records audit-ready.

Responsibilities

• Insurance Communication & Follow-Ups: contact insurance companies and adjusters for updates on claim status and required documentation.
• Documentation Management: collect, organize, and store essential insurance documents ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• CRM & Workflow Updates: enter notes, status changes, and file uploads in the CRM to reflect progress and maintain a clean digital file.
• Internal Team Coordination: communicate daily with internal departments to share updates on payments and milestones.
• Client Case Progression: move clients through the claims process in line with current status.
• Issue Escalation & Proactive Problem Solving: monitor files for delays or missing docs and flag concerns to minimize disruption.
