MicroSourcing in Parañaque, Philippines is seeking a skilled Claims Coordinator to support the Operations Department with damage and vehicle claims and to coordinate with insurance representatives. This role offers a work-from-home setup and collaboration via Microsoft Teams.

You will prepare and present reports, liaise with carriers and brokers, and ensure timely submission of claims in a fast-paced environment, while building strong professional relationships.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of the insurance industry, damage claims, and vehicle accidents.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn custom software.
• Excellent verbal, written, phone, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience maintaining relationships with insurance carriers and brokers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment while maintaining a positive demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate damage and vehicle claims company-wide while supporting the Operations Department.
• Coordinate directly with insurance representatives, carriers, and brokers regarding claims and accidents.
• Prepare and present reports summarizing accidents, utility hits, damages, injuries, and near misses.
• Communicate with Construction Management via email and Microsoft Teams to gather required documentation.
• Submit claim information to insurance companies and consistently follow up with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely completion.
